Anthony Bourdain Eats Cuy in Ecuador: Review

Anthony Bourdain of Travel Channel TV’s show, “No Reservations” travels to Ecuador and enjoys cuy, or guinea pigs.

I’ve tasted it myself, and found it closer to rabbit, but I admit, it was probably prepared slightly different then shown here.
